This 4-ingredient Chocolate PB Vegan Nice Cream has become one of my summer dessert go-to’s!


Chocolate & PB Vegan Ice Cream

Serves 3-4

Time: 5 minutes to make, 5 hours to freeze

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas

  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder

  • 2 tbs peanut butter (optional)

  • 2 tbs maple syrup, depending on how sweet you like it (can sub for agave syrup or other sweetener)

To Make

  1. Slice and freeze the bananas in a bag or container (takes approximately 2-3 hours to freeze)

  2. Once the bananas have frozen, mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  3. Pour into a container and freeze (takes 3-4 hours)

  4. Once frozen to your preference, serve!
