Simple n’ Saucy Cauliflower Wings
Cauliflower wings are so fun to make, and so versatile! You can pair them with just about any sauce, depending on your preference. I used HP Garlic Rib Sauce on half of my batch, and BBQ sauce on the other half. Other popular sauces are Buffalo, Korean BBQ, and honey garlic. I also served them with my Vegan Spicy Mayo Dip, shown below.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together oat milk, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a large mixing boil.
Add half the cauliflower to the bowl, stirring until each floret is covered in the mixture.
Fill a medium sized bowl with Panko bread crumbs. Dip each cauliflower floret into the bowl, until covered in Panko. You can also cover the bowl with a lid and shake until covered.
Add to a baking sheet. Drizzle or brush the florets with oil.
Bake for 10 minutes. Flip the florets and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and coat evenly with the sauce of your choice. You can premix your sauce with oil or butter for taste and easier spread.
