Baked Avocado Fries & Vegan Spicy Mayo Dip

I’m obsessed with these baked avocado fries! Recently, I’ve been making them and putting them in tacos.

I used this recipe from Simple Vegan Blog.

For extra crunch, I added Panko bread crumbs to the nutritional yeast topping.

I also used oat milk in mine and loved the outcome.

For the dip, I used my go-to Vegan Spicy Mayo Recipe, shown below.


Vegan Spicy Mayo Dip

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbs of vegan mayo

  • 1-2 tsp of sriracha (depending on spice preference)

  • 1 tsp of minced garlic

  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

  • salt and pepper, to taste

To Make:

  • Simply mix all ingredients together in a jar or bowl. Chill and serve!
